After reading seventeen, I was inspired by Taylor Momsen's style. OK! I'll admit it, I've always been a fan of hers. From the sets of Gossip Girl to gala events and then rocking out at her concerts she truly evolves. Yes, she definitely has her hot-mess stages, but in between those moments little J shines.
